We do not accept return on personalised garment unless it is faulty/damaged.

Free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders over $119.99*.
Flat rate Australia wide standard shipping of $9.95* - Shipping Time estimated 5-10 business days.
Flat rate Australia wide express shipping of $25* - Shipping Time estimated 3-4 business days.
Flat rate shipping of $45 for international orders (excluding customs duties and tax).
Please note that we cannot deliver internationally to PO boxes.
International orders are despatched via DHL couriers and may incur additional taxes/duties payable by the receiver.
* Deliveries of large/bulky orders may incur additional charges.

Returns

You can exchange a product that you have purchased in-store or online for any reason within 30 days. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition, with all tags or labels still attached.
If the product is faulty or damaged, doesn’t meet its description, or if you have been sent the wrong product, we will happily exchange, refund or repair the product with proof of purchase in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
