- The unique code on the game card inside of the packaging of participating product needs to be registered in the claimant's account on the Score Footy Gear event website first. You can then claim a The AFL Store e-voucher from there. Please note that we are unable to redeem the unique code from the CUB carton.

- e-vouchers can be redeemed online and in-store, excluding Ballarat, Traralgon, Optus Stadium, Marvel Stadium Stores and Myer Melbourne locations.

I haven't received my online Gift Card
If you haven't received your online Gift Card, please check your Spam/Junk folders. Some email services treat generic emails like spam.
If you haven't received your online Gift Card within a few hours, something has most likely gone wrong. Please contact our customer service team.
My gift card won’t work, what should I do?
Recheck the Gift Card number entered.
Ensure the gift card has not expired.
Check that your card still has a balance here.
If the Gift Card has been purchased online before 1st Nov 2019, and you're being prompted for a PIN -

Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, gift cards are available for purchase online and can be redeemed through our online store and in any of The AFL Store retail outlets (with the exception of Ballarat and Traralgon).
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Gift Cards should be treat this card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Redeemable online at www.theaflstore.com.au and instore at AFL Stores for merchandise, excluding Ballarat and Traralgon locations.
Not redeemable for cash or payment of accounts. Not redeemable for match day tickets.

No change will be given but the balance may be applied to future purchases. Where the cost of purchases exceeds the available card balance, the card holder will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and the gift card balance.
Gift cards expire 3 years
from the date of issue. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.
