Returns Policy

    30-Day change of mind period

    • You can exchange a product that you have purchased in-store or online for any reason within 30 days. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition, with all tags or labels still attached.

    • This 30-day return period does not apply to gift cards, clearance products, water bottles, heat pressed personalisation that have had numbers/names pressed onto them unless they are faulty.

    • We require proof of purchase for any return or exchange.

    Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

    • If the product is faulty or damaged, doesn’t meet its description, or if you have been sent the wrong product, we will happily exchange, refund or repair the product with proof of purchase in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Please note clearance items may have small imperfections/faults that the consumer is made aware of at the time of purchase, and returning a clearance item for a known fault will not be accepted. You can visit us in-store or contact our Customer Care Team to discuss your options.

    • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    • We may need to assess your product to determine an appropriate remedy. Some products may need to be sent to the manufacturer or their repair agent for assessment.

    • You may be refused a refund, repair or replacement in certain circumstances, including where you have substantially modified or misused the product.

    How to return or exchange

    • You can return or exchange in-store including any online purchases (except for Online Only products) at any one of our stores. Postal returns are available for online purchases but not exchanges, please reach out to our Customer Service team for a returns form. Returns and exchanges will be mailed to us at your expense or drop into your nearest AFL Store and see one of our customer service representatives. We cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit.
    • Contact your local store before returning any bulky products, such as fridges.

    Receiving a refund

    Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, except where you have used a gift card, in which case we will provide you with a replacement gift card of equivalent value.

    Effective Date

    This policy was updated on 20th October 2023 and applies to any purchase made after 20th October 2023.

    *Please note purchases made at Myer Melbourne can only be returned at the Myer Melbourne Store.

    **Please note this policy is referring to purchases made from ABN: 28 588 203 262 (The Trustee for the AFL Stores Trust) and ABN: 24 505 069 827 (Licensing Essentials
    Retail Pty Ltd ). Any purchases made at the Ballarat and Traralgon AFL Stores are separately owned and returning items should adhere to their return policy. We cannot accept returns on their behalf. Thank you for your
    understanding.

    Have you received my returned goods?

    As time frames for returns may vary depending on your location, please allow up to 14 business days for us to confirm receiving your return and processing your exchange or refund.

    In the unlikely event that you have not heard from us within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team.

    Can I cancel my order?

    You must contact us immediate ly if you wish to cancel your order.

    If your order has not been despatched we shall gladly cancel and refund your order.

    If your order has been despatched you will be responsible for expense of its return, and all items must be returned in the same condition as
    when they were sent, in the original packaging, labels intact and the item unused and unworn.

    Upon receipt of the returned items, we shall refund your order. We reserve the right to refuse items which are not returned in a good condition and we will not refund any item that has been damaged, worn, washed or had the labels removed.
