We suggest delivery direct to your home or workplace as a street address is preferable.
In the event that our carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. In the event that this occurs any additional freight charges will be incurred to resend your parcel.
Delivery lead times are estimated as accurately as possible. We will not be held liable for third party delays including but not limited to carrier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods, country’s customers (export/import) clearance requirements etc. No compensation will be paid in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.
As the goods can be delivered by Australia Post eParcel service, we can deliver to Post Office boxes within Australia
However overseas parcels a require a street address and contact phone number in order for delivery to be completed.
Please contact our customer service team quoting your order reference number and we will endeavour to change the address prior to shipping.
Items that have been shipped, we will not be able to change unfortunately.
When your order is first booked with one of our carriers, you will receive a tracking number with a link to track your order.
At first the link may not show any tracking information.
Once the carrier has picked up the goods from our warehouse, the order will be flagged as picked up, and tracking information should be available shortly after.
